1. Accepting these terms

By downloading, accessing or using ZORFI, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Fitness and medical disclaimer

Consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before starting or changing an exercise program, particularly if you have an injury, medical condition, are pregnant, or have concerns about your ability to exercise safely. Stop immediately if you feel pain, faintness, dizziness or unusual discomfort.

3. Safe use

• Secure your phone before beginning a workout.
• Keep your training area clear and use equipment responsibly.
• Use weights and movements appropriate for your experience.
• Do not rely on the app during an emergency.
• Never ignore pain or professional medical advice because of an app recommendation.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your password and activity under your account. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. We may restrict or close accounts used fraudulently, unlawfully or in a way that harms the service or other users.

5. Free and paid access

ZORFI may offer free features and ZORFI Pro subscriptions. Available features, trial eligibility, billing period and price are displayed before purchase in the relevant App Store or Google Play storefront.

Subscriptions are processed by Apple or Google, automatically renew unless cancelled through the applicable store settings, and remain subject to that store's billing and refund rules. Deleting the app or your ZORFI account does not automatically cancel an active store subscription.

6. Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer the service except where the law permits, bypass subscription controls, interfere with security, upload malicious content, impersonate another person, misuse community features, or use ZORFI for unlawful activity.

7. Community content

If community features are available, you remain responsible for content you share. Do not publish harassment, hate, explicit material, dangerous instructions, another person's private information or content you do not have the right to use. We may moderate or remove content and restrict accounts to protect users.

8. Intellectual property

ZORFI, its branding, software, interface, artwork and original content belong to ZORFI or its licensors. These terms give you a personal, limited, revocable and non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep ZORFI reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect rep detection or error-free coaching. Features may change as the service improves. Updates may be required for continued use.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZORFI is provided “as is” and “as available.” ZORFI is not responsible for injury, loss or damage caused by unsafe exercise, incorrect equipment use, ignoring warnings, network or device failure, or reliance on automated coaching beyond its intended informational purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Termination and deletion

You may stop using ZORFI at any time and request deletion through the app or our account deletion page. We may suspend access for material breaches, security threats or unlawful use.

12. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Questions can be sent to hellozorfi@gmail.com.
